A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Associate/Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join a top-tier specialist family law team in Cheshire. This role offers exposure to high-value, complex family law matters and the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role:
- Handling a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children disputes, cohabitation agreements, injunctions, surrogacy, and fertility law.
- Managing an existing caseload while also assisting senior team members on more complex cases.
- Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management.
- Working closely with other departments to provide clients with comprehensive legal solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Family Associate/Senior Associate with at least 4 years’ PQE.
- Strong experience in handling high-net-worth clients and complex family matters.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in business development and networking.
