Governance Lawyer

£55-65 per hour DOE
Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting a Governance Lawyer to a local authority until the end of the financial year but with the possibility of an extension!
The successful candidate for the Governance Lawyer post will be picking up a range of matters, including but not limited to:
- Corporate Governance
- Ddvising constitution and contributing to a review of the constitution
- Aadvising on/reviewing/drafting policy documents and protocols connected with the constitution and the committee system
- Advising on the scheme of delegations within the constitution and the requirements for reports to decision-makers
- Advising on local government constitutional and administrative law
We are ideally looking to hear from candidates with extensive local government experience and that are available on a full time basis. The role is to start as soon as possible and can be worked entirely remotely.
