Are you a talented, proactive in-house solicitor ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our client's dynamic and high-profile Legal Team. This high-impact role will see you as a trusted advisor to our organisation's executives, Board, and businesses. You'll engage in exciting domestic and international commercial projects, with opportunities for UK and international travel. You'll provide legal leadership and innovative solutions to complex issues.

In this role, you'll establish and maintain a robust legal and governance framework, offering expert legal advice on a wide range of areas, from commercial contracts to regulatory relations. You'll develop strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including across the group of businesses, and continuously seek advantageous outcomes in commercial negotiations, becoming an integral business partner.

We need a fully qualified lawyer eligible to practise in England/Wales with post-graduate professional UK legal qualifications. You should have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, with significant expertise in commercial law and high-pressure negotiations. You must possess drive, high integrity, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail with high work standards and output, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
