We’re assisting an established Cheshire firm in their search for an experienced Private Client Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their team at their Northwich office.With a significant volume of work coming in, the firm is keen to bring someone on board who can ease the workload and work autonomously, without requiring immediate supervision. The successful candidate will join a supportive team of private client lawyers spread across three offices in South Cheshire.Responsibilities of the role will include assisting with, and managing, a varied caseload that includes wills, probate, and estate planning. Some Court of Protection experience would be advantageous but is not essential.The firm boasts excellent longevity amongst its staff, reflecting a supportive and positive working environment.They also offer flexible working, and are happy to consider suitable candidates that want a working week of either 4 or 5 days.
