Role Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Change Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives within our client company. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimise processes, and drive the ongoing strategy

Support business transformation projects, ensuring they align with corporate strategy, timelines, and budgets.- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project goals and secure buy-in.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.- Develop and execute change management strategies for smooth adoption of new technologies and workflows.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in project management, business transformation, or operational improvement within the energy sector or a related industry.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
