About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale domestic retrofit projects, working across private rented and social housing sectors, coordinating work for over 1,000 properties over the next three years.

You will play a crucial role in managing and supporting junior team members (including two trainees), attending client meetings, and leading major retrofit initiatives. As head coordinator, you'll allocate work, mentor the team, and take ownership of project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of major retrofit projects, including planning, coordination, and on-site leadership.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train junior coordinators and ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality retrofit services.
  • Client Engagement: Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, representing the company in delivering retrofit solutions.
  • Coordination: Allocate work efficiently across the team and ensure compliance with Trustmark and other regulations.
  • On-Site Visits: Perform site visits to monitor and assess progress.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate reporting on project milestones, budgets, and client updates.
