The Company:
We are working with a leading Contractor whose NW Regional Construction team would generally deliver projects for clients principally based around Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire. Their turnover in the NW has grown year on year and is now comfortably above £200 Million. They take on projects valued up to £50 Million typically in the commercial, industrial, health care, leisure, education and residential sectors.
They have grown consistently over the last 10 years developing some great relationships with both public and private sector clients, are very cash rich, have a great supply chain and have a very experienced, knowledgeable and approachable management team.
The Role:
They are now keen to recruit a Project Manager to join their team due to an excellentpipeline of projects due to start on site.
The company in question are looking to recruit a PM to join the General Construction side of the business, so are looking to meet individuals with experience on construction projects similar to those mentioned above.
You:
You will be an experienced Construction Project Manager and will have worked for a Main Contractor.
You will have worked as a Project Manager on construction projects similar to those mentioned above.
Ideally, they are looking for individuals based in the Cheshire area, with the initial focus on a scheme in Stoke and follow on works likely to be further north.
