Part-Time Receptionist
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join a dynamic and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, is highly organised, and thrives in a front-of-house position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 13:00
As the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and contractors, you will ensure a professional and friendly welcome while managing reception services efficiently. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, coordinating deliveries, overseeing meeting room bookings, and assisting with general administrative tasks. You will also play a key role in maintaining building security, monitoring access, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
In addition to reception duties, you will liaise with tenants, assist with facilities management, and provide support to the wider team when needed. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a calm, professional approach to customer interactions are essential.
