We expect the individual performing this role to have the following:
Experience: Experience within the industry, administration, client facing and corporate.
Skills: You will have strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Class Commercial Insurance Knowledge with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Important to have attention to detail and organisational skills together with General IT skills, ability to compile reports, procedures, and processes. Written and oral skills and the ability of good planning and project management. A broad base of compliance knowledge and being able to understand the environment we operate in and the issues this raises.
Role:
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts. You will be able to negotiate with customer service high on your agenda at all times. You will be supported by our in-house administration, claims and accounts departments and have the assistance of an Account Handler/client manager to ensure you can stay focused on achieving your sales goals. You will arrange and attend face to face meetings with clients to ensure that their needs are met, as such a driving license will be imperative.
