Locations required:

  • Northwest - Liverpool/Manchester/Preston - able to travel across all 3 offices
  • Sheffield and Hull - able to travel across both offices
  • Midlands - Birmingham/Nottingham - able to travel across both offices

For each role, the Partnership Manager would be expected to work in office/client meetings during their 3 month probationary period, where thereafter a hybrid working model depending on target achievement will be adopted.

The Role

We are on an exciting journey of growth with the introduction of a partnerships team and have several Partnership Manager opportunities available across the country.

As a Partnership Manager, you will support the company business growth through strategic and tactical business development via Multi Academy Trust and Multi School Group partnerships, as well as other framework opportunities.

Although not essential, the ideal candidate would have experience within education recruitment, or within business development for other educational services.

Responsibilities

  • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to win partnerships and business across your region.
  • Meet with potential and existing clients face to face, online or over the phone. Building and fostering positive relationships.
  • Actively business develop target clients and MATs and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Regularly review your region's school base and potential MAT clients, analysing and evaluating key targets and the current levels of business penetration-highlighting successes, opportunities, and failings.
  • Prepare for and attend client networking events and exhibitions.
  • Pitch and present partnership products to clients, and produce high quality proposals and bids for tenders.
  • Account manage existing partnerships, providing excellent customer service, upsell, retain and accelerate business through regular meetings, improved fulfilment, product lines and market share.
  • Maintain excellent understanding and knowledge of the staffing supply market and key trends both nationally and locally.
  • Conduct localised market analysis, client mapping and client development planning.
  • Identify opportunities for new and enhanced product offerings, services, and client tactics on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with the sales teams and key internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and delivery to MAT partners.
  • Provide guidance and advice to branch staff on client development and acquisition.
