Sales Manager - Harefield/Ruislip

Salary - OTE £50,000 - £60,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am - 4pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to take the next step in their career and join this established and highly successful department in Ruislip. Working closely with a great team preparing you to make the move to their brand-new office in Harefield opening in early 2025, your role will be to drive business through the department, motivating and support the team through to completions.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a stable career history within estate agency.
  • Be confident valuers/ listers, with a strong instruction ratio.
  • Be confident hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Be well presented and excellent communicators.
  • Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong man management skills.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Have a competitive desire to succeed.

Daily Tasks:

  • Provide constant mentoring to negotiators to effectively carry out their duties.
  • Ensure that targets are being met on a daily & weekly basis.
  • Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc are up to date and show the property at its best.
  • Proactively provide feedback and market commentary to vendors
  • Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc
  • Oversee smooth running of the branch.
