  • Must have experience of working as a Manager within a Hospitality setting as a Front of House Manager (F&B; Food Production; Reception; Housekeeping). 
  • Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality (although not essential if strong competency is evidenced).
  • Confident to support/deliver Functional Skills Maths and English (full training provided)
  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel. 
Duties include:
  • Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4 to include: Food Production, Food and Beverage Service and Hospitality Management - plus any other front of house related qualifications and back of house if competent to deliver.
  • Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
