The Accounts Analyst is responsible for generating financial reports, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, aiding in budgeting and forecasting, performing variance analysis, and ensuring the efficient operation of our financial department. Additionally, they must adhere to the company's Management Systems, which encompass Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety requirements.

Proficient in using FP&A software, particularly SAP, with familiarity in SAGE and Visibility considered advantageous.

Possesses advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates a solid understanding of financial reporting and exhibits strong analytical capabilities.

Communicates effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills.

Builds strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments and levels of seniority.

Manages direct reports and leads a financial team effectively.

Excels in multitasking, organization, and time management.

Experience in a multicultural environment within an international company, along with collaboration with a financial shared service center, is highly desirable.

Partially qualified in CIMA/ACCA.
