A rewarding business in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000.
The position offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements along with excellent on-site facilities and free parking.
Candidates should have a finance background and be studying towards an accounting qualification such as AAT, Degree, or ACCA.
Proven experience in a commercial finance role, particularly in producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules, is required.
This role includes tasks such as producing management account reports, assisting with reconciliations, and maintaining customer accounts.

Free parking, excellent facilities on site.With scope for career development and fully study support, this role will involve the following tasks:Supporting with preparation, presenting, and analysing initial management accounts. You will have exposure to external auditors and will require detailed reconciliations.

Produce and analyse the management account reports for monthly account reporting
Assist in the production and running of Balance Sheet, Inter-company accounts and KPI’s
Posting various Journals e.g. Overtime, including reoccurring Journals
Fixed Asset; reporting up to date information and new asset status check
In-depth analysis of high focus areas
Maintaining and updating customer’s accounts

The successful candidate:

Finance and/or studying towards accounting qualification (AAT/Degree/ACCA)
Proven experience within a commercial finance role, with knowledge of producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules periodically
Confident communicator
