A rewarding business in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant with a salary of £28,000 to £32,000.
The role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements, along with free parking and excellent on-site facilities.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial finance role and be studying towards an accounting qualification such as AAT, Degree, or ACCA.
Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing management accounts, producing balance sheet reports, and maintaining customer accounts.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with proven experience in producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules.

Free parking, excellent facilities on site.With scope for career development and fully study support, this role will involve the following tasks:Supporting with preparation, presenting, and analysing initial management accounts. You will have exposure to external auditors and will require detailed reconciliations.

Produce and analyse the management account reports for monthly account reporting
Assist in the production and running of Balance Sheet, Inter-company accounts and KPI’s
Posting various Journals e.g. Overtime, including reoccurring Journals
Fixed Asset; reporting up to date information and new asset status check
In-depth analysis of high focus areas
Maintaining and updating customer’s accounts

The successful candidate:

Finance and/or studying towards accounting qualification (AAT/Degree/ACCA)
Proven experience within a commercial finance role, with knowledge of producing management accounts and balance sheet schedules periodically
Confident communicator
