Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits from planning to completion for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporates, and non-profits.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, providing valuable insights beyond the numbers.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality work.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Partners and Managers on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

What they're looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with proven experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is highly desirable.
