Our client, a well-established and growing firm, are looking for a qualified Audit Senior to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified professional to develop their career in audit, working with a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will take the lead on audit and accounts assignments, ensuring high-quality service delivery while working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct audit assignments, both remotely and at client premises.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements for corporate and not-for-profit clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to support business growth.

What They're Looking For

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in an accountancy practice.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in accounting software such as CaseWare, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero (training available).
  • A valid driving license is beneficial but not essential.
