Corporate Finance Executive

Corporate Finance executive is required by a leading national business advisory firm based in Norwich.As a Corporate Finance Executive, you'll be an integral part of a fast-growing and highly successful team.This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant, potentially from Audit, who is eager to apply their expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing tailored financial strategies for clients.
• Conduct financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence and integration.
• Collaborate with senior management and clients to drive business growth and profitability.
• Work closely with and learn from experienced finance professionals.

Qualifications:

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA or CFA accountant
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
