You'll play a vital role in managing the sales ledger & credit control ensuring smooth financial processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all sales ledger invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Posting bank receipts into the system with precision
  • Handling client calls to process card payments professionally
  • Chasing overdue invoices and resolving any queries with a proactive approach
  • Maintaining the credit control spreadsheet and performing reconciliation's
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks and projects

What the client is looking for:

  • Experience in Sales Ledger or Credit Control
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
