We are seeking a Group Financial Controller for a leading organisation in Norfolk, offering a full-time permanent position with a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days per week from home.
The role involves overseeing the balance sheet, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing group reporting, audits, and consolidation, as well as tax and compliance responsibilities.
Candidates should possess significant post-qualification experience (PQE) and be ACA or ACCA qualified, demonstrating strong technical accounting skills.
The position includes managing a large team across Management/Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax functions.
A competitive salary of £90,000-£95,000 per annum is offered, along with an annual bonus and additional benefits such as enhanced healthcare and pension.

Partnered with a leading organisation based in Norfolk, we are searching for a Group Financial Controller on a full time permanent basis with a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days per week working from home.

In this role you will have responsibility in overseeing the balance sheet, ensuring all departments comply with statutory requirements, group reporting, audits, and group consolidation. You will also have full responsibility for tax and compliance. Improving financial systems to simplify processing and strengthen controls will be a part of this role. You will also manage and have an oversight of a large team inclusive of a Management/Financial Accounting, AP, AR and Tax function. A full job description can be available upon request.

In return, a salary between £90,000-£95,000 per annum is on offer plus an annual bonus and various other benefits including enhanced healthcare and pension.
