Administration AssistantNear ThetfordPart time – 18 – 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday between 8.45am – 5pm)£11.80 per hour +Immediate start  Hales Group are recruiting an Administrator for their client based on the outskirts of Thetford.  Due to the rural location of our client, you must have your own transport.  The successful candidate will work in a small team, supporting the sales, service and deliveries departments with general administrative tasks. This temporary role, to cover a busy/peak season, will suit someone with previous office experience, a keen eye for detail and who understands the importance of providing a consistently high level of customer service.  Daily responsibilities to include:
  • Collating paperwork for the deliveries department
  • Organising and approving fuel receipts
  • Marking deliveries as delivered on the system
  • Updating customer files
  • Scanning documents
  • Emailing delivery confirmations to customers
  • Responding to emails
  • Confirming customer orders and completing all associated administration
  • Processing requests for brochures
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service
Required attributes:
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
