The Role

As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Generate new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Engage with local businesses, understanding their advertising needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Cold call, network, and attend client meetings both in-person and over the phone.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs to maximise your earnings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (advertising or digital media experience is a plus but not essential).
  • A confident and persuasive communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Ability to work independently and travel across Norfolk & East Anglia for client meetings.

This role covers Norfolk & East Anglia, including key areas such as Norwich, King’s Lynn, Great Yarmouth, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.
