About the Role
As part of their dynamic Marketing & Business Development team, you'll play a key role in generating new business. This includes managing inbound enquiries, running outbound campaigns, and booking consultations with our specialists. It’s a varied role offering great exposure within a growing, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email & digital platforms
- Run targeted outbound campaigns and manage prospect lists
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Book initial consultations and support client onboarding
- Provide feedback to shape BD strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service background (preferably in financial or professional services but not essential)
- Confident communicator, adaptable to different audiences
- Strategic mindset and ability to articulate service value
- Professional, well-presented, and tech-savvy
