Atrium Associates is recruiting聽Telesales Business Development Executives聽to join our client's team in Norwich on a permanent basis. If you are driven by financial success, reliable, fun, and possess a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

路Engage with decision-makers through outbound calls to generate new leads for Account Managers and Account Directors.
路Arrange leads and callbacks for the Account Management Team.
路Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective businesses to expand market share.
路Handle inbound sales enquiries, generating opportunities through new and existing business.
路Support business call campaigns as directed by your line manager.
路Perform other in-house duties as required.
路Stay updated with products and services through both in-person and computer-based training.

Pay and Benefits

路Pay:聽拢23,000 starting basic salary, with potential earnings up to 拢35,000 OTE.
路Additional Pay:聽Bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus.
路Benefits:
路拢1,500 basic salary increase incentive after passing probation (拢500 per month for 3 consecutive months upon achieving target).
路22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional 1-day sickness incentive per quarter (up to 4 extra days annually).
