Join an award-winning organisation dedicated to supporting women and girls. We are currently seeking a a new team member to join our team. This role is crucial in providing support for women experiencing homelessness, focusing on helping them access and maintain safe and secure housing.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide gender and trauma-informed support to women facing multiple disadvantages such as poor mental health, isolation, and substance use.
  • Work closely with various agencies to tailor support to the unique needs of each client.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members regarding client cases, manage case documentation, and ensure effective referral pathways.
  • Oversee safeguarding concerns, complete relevant reporting, and assist with internal training as a Designated Safeguarding Officer.
  • Address barriers to service access faced by clients, including those related to language, racism, disability, sexuality, gender, and health.
