Maintenance Controller
Location: Norwich, NR6 6AN
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
A busy truck and trailer rental company in Norwich is looking for a Maintenance Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and excellent communication skills to handle various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authorizing maintenance work with suppliers.
- Managing breakdown calls and advising customers on upcoming service work and MOTs.
- Coordinating with depots, technicians, drivers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Solid mechanical knowledge.
- Strong telephone manner and customer service abilities.
- A confident, proactive personality to liaise with various stakeholders.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am 6pm.
- One Saturday in every four, 8am 12pm.
