New Business Sales Executive

Contract Personnel are currently seeking individuals with exceptional customer service and sales abilities for an outbound sales role to drive new leads.

Previous experience in call centres, cold calling, or telesales is preferred, but enthusiastic, quick learners with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with decision-makers over the phone
- Scheduling leads and call-backs for the Account Management Team
- Conducting targeted outbound calls to expand market share
- Handling inbound sales enquiries
- Creating opportunities through new and existing business relationships
- Contacting new, lapsed, or current customers to generate leads and attract new business.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (no weekends)

Salary £23k basic, but increases to £24,500 (after probation)

Average OTE £32k
