We’re on the lookout for people who excel at building strong business relationships and are driven to provide tailored workwear solutions that perfectly meet customer needs.
Working closely with the MD, Trina Beare, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality workwear and safety apparel to clients across a diverse range of industries.
As the Workwear Sales Executive, you will:
- Foster Existing Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen ties with current customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Develop New Business: Proactively seek out new leads through networking, cold-calling, and building connections with businesses in sectors like construction, warehousing, and manufacturing.
- Product Presentation & Advice: Offer engaging product demonstrations, assess client requirements, and provide bespoke workwear and safety solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving growth and success.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within workwear, PPE, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ambition to exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
