NXTGEN is partnering with a top-tier business in Norwich to help find a new Client Manager. This position offers a chance to join a progressive, non-traditional practice celebrated for its top-notch accounting and advisory services, catering to a diverse local clientele. Due to substantial organic growth in recent years, the team is looking for an experienced professional to join their senior leadership and spearhead client engagement. As a key team member, you'll play a crucial role in the firm's expansion, collaborating with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards and identify new opportunities and risks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a broad client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Delivering a full range of services including management accounts, accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
  • Working closely with Partners to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Overseeing and managing team workloads to meet deadlines efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members, fostering professional growth and upholding the firm's values.
  • Actively seeking opportunities to expand the firm's client base and service offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
