As the Electrical Manager, you will be:
- Managing the EICR programme
- Managing the day to day electrical programme for the domestic and commercial properties
- Supporting and managing the external contractors and operatives
- Responsible for the management of the statutory responsibilities for electrical testing, fire alarms, service and maintenance
Experience and qualifications:
- Social housing experience
- Contract management experience within electrical
- Experience managing an electrical programme
