Site Supervisor - Highways & Civil Infrastructure - A47Are you a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering quality highways projects?Randstad is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team working in Norfolk, This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure upgrade that will improve traffic flow and safety in the region.What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the Team: You'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of skilled laborers on site, ensuring efficient and safe execution of works.
  • Quality Control: You'll play a crucial role in implementing and upholding quality control measures, ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You'll effectively communicate with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Problem-Solving: You'll identify potential issues, implement solutions, and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Health & Safety: You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in highways projects, with a strong focus on civil engineering, drainage, utilities, paving, and curbing works.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of relevant design and construction standards for highways and associated disciplines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, capable of identifying and addressing challenges on site.
  • CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is essential.
