About the Role:We are seeking an experienced JDE E1 Oracle Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring users effectively utilise JDE E1 to improve business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne users across various modules.
- Create user-friendly training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for end-users, IT staff, and business stakeholders.
- Assess user training needs and customize programs to address specific business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and refresher training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand system configurations and updates.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and business needs.
- Stay up to date with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrades and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Trainer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of JDE E1 modules, such as Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
- Strong ability to create and present training materials in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional design, and LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
