Location: Norwich

Start Date: 4th November

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (alternating shifts)
  • 30 minutes lunch break

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented call handler to join our Diagnostics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks to support the diagnostics operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:
