We are seeking a resilient, professional, and empathetic Customer Service Call Handler to join our city-based client’s team from Wednesday 2nd October to approximately 3rd November. This role requires a candidate who can handle sensitive calls with care and provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring that all contact information and personal data is entered correctly.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Handle incoming calls and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed service standards.
  • Adhere to the shift pattern, including working 2 in 4 weekends, with two days off during the week.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is ideal.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
  • Resilience and professionalism in dealing with a variety of calls.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including occasional weekends across the month.
  • Excellent Admin experience and excellent attention to details on inputting data.
