My clients a world leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke electrical heating and cooling systems are looking to expand their team with an experienced Service Coordinator

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services, acting as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

- Service Quote Preparation: Review client requirements and specifications to prepare accurate service quotes.
- Securing Service Orders: Communicate with clients to negotiate and finalize service agreements.
- Delivering Services: Schedule service appointments considering client preferences/ technician availability/work permits and offshore certification.
- Monitor service delivery progress, address any issues or delays, and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests, updates, and issues.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources such as staff, equipment, and materials to support service delivery.
- Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients based on completed services and agreed-upon terms.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of service management software or tools.
- Experience in a similar industry or field.
