£35,500 Plus Car allowance of £4,224 Per Annum.

It's an exciting time at our Learning disabilities services around East Anglia, as we have an opening for a Locality Manager to join our fantastic team.

A fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to join a supportive encouraging organisation. Our services around East Anglia is looking for a Locality Manager, who will make a difference in the people we support lives and, in return have access to opportunities for learning and development in a supportive team environment.

About our East Anglia Services:

Our Learning Disability services range from residential care homes through to supported living, short breaks, respite & day services. We also help young people and their families transition from children's services to adult support settings.

We are committed to providing person-centred, responsive support to people with learning disabilities, following an `Active Support' approach that helps people gain skills, confidence, and control of their lives.

Our Locality Manager skills and experience:

* Experience of transformation and modernisation projects, within services.

* Experience in Respite and Registered services.

* Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Management or equivalent.

* Proven supervisory or management experience in Care & Support settings.

* Experience of managing high quality care and support services that have achieved full compliance (Good or Outstanding) with CQC

* Experience of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.

* Experience of undertaking disciplinary investigations and hearing disciplinaries.

* Budget Management experience.

* Assessment of the care and support needs of people with a learning disability.

Our Locality Manager duties will consist of:

* Ensure all the services provide a safe, clean, and happy environment for the people we support.

* Monitor and manage all local safeguarding issues as part of the Operations Management team and promote best practice best practice in the protection vulnerable adults.

* Ensure that all contractual obligations are met.

* Manage the financial performance of the services you are responsible for, ensuring that each individual service delivers within its agreed budget.

* Manage the performance of staff, including taking appropriate disciplinary action where necessary.

* Directly manage the performance of all Ambient Support services in East Anglia, coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supporting the staff to deliver the support commissioned.
