Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mechanical Engineer
  • Lead the mechanical design of high-speed rotating components and power control systems, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and customer requirements.
  • Develop 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and assembly designs, applying GD&T principles for manufacturing accuracy.
  • Conduct engineering analysis such as FEA, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up studies, and root cause investigations.
  • Research advanced materials and manufacturing techniques to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive successful product development from concept to production.
  • Support prototype testing, mathematical modeling, and performance validation.
What Were Looking For in a Senior Mechanical Engineer
  • Degree (BEng/BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design for rotating machines, propulsion systems, or high-performance drivetrains.
