Our client is a well established and progressive client based on the outskirts of Norwich. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive Associate Business Parter to support the operational needs of our diverse workforce. This role is crucial in providing advice and support on a range of matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice, and enhancing employee relations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees, fostering a positive workforce culture.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation in all HR practices.
- Manage employee relation cases effectively, using a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Work closely with various teams to support and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace environment.
- Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or above).
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role or similar.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Demonstrable experience in managing employee relation cases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting and credible relationships across the organisation.
