Our client is a well established and progressive client based on the outskirts of Norwich. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive Associate Business Parter to support the operational needs of our diverse workforce. This role is crucial in providing advice and support on a range of matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice, and enhancing employee relations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees, fostering a positive workforce culture.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation in all HR practices.
  • Manage employee relation cases effectively, using a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Work closely with various teams to support and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or above).
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing employee relation cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting and credible relationships across the organisation.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
