We are seeking a professional Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting the executive team in a highly professional environment. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the administrative functions within the highest office on site. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements, including hospitality.
  • Act as a pivotal member of the team, ensuring efficient running of the office’s administrative functions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Support the team in preparing for meetings and presentations and taking minutes.
  • Assist in the coordination of office activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to work effectively on Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and One Drive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
