We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO and Director in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.  You must be hands on able to manage and oversee diaries, hotel and travel arrangements both UK and overseas.  This role is initially on a temp basis to go permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Document Management: Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Research: Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
