Personal Assistant
  • Salary Range: £23,250 - £25,400 pro-rata per annum
  • Location: Norwich
  • Job Type: Part-time (18.5 to 26 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Personal Assistant to join our clients Executive Support Team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our Director, Chief Operating Officer, Executive and Senior Management Teams, ensuring efficient management of their schedules and administrative tasks.

Day to day of the role:
  • Manage diaries for Senior Managers, arranging and setting up meetings to maximise time management and prioritisation.
  • Log travel requirements and time away from the office using the online system, coordinating with the Business Support team for travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Assist with filing expense claims and preparing agendas or papers for meetings.
  • Set up and manage on-site meetings and provide administrative support for equality, diversity, and other related events.
  • Support the Directorate Executive Assistants with any administration duties as required.
  • Undertake additional tasks commensurate with the post.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative support and diary management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus and professional attitude.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office packages and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience in supporting senior managers in a busy office environment is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with some flexibility in hours worked.
