Role Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit assignments to produce high-quality files
- Overseeing day-to-day work on client engagements and mentoring team members
- Reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, discussing progress, financial insights, and business challenges
- Monitoring profitability, billings, and collections
- Participating in networking and client relationship-building activities

Candidate Requirements
- ICAEW/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience, with recent UK practice-based experience
- Strong technical knowledge of audits (FRS102, UK GAAP) and audit planning
- Skilled in audit and accounting software, with familiarity in CCH software being advantageous
- Previous experience leading audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing multiple deadlines
- Articulate communicator, confident in client meetings and written correspondence
- Self-motivated with a tenacious approach to work and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, with some overnight stays required
