Are you an experienced professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re partnering with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Norwich to recruit a Business Services Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services. You’ll work closely with business owners to help them achieve their goals, offering strategic insights and practical solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored accounting and advisory services.
  • Leading and developing a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts.
  • Advising clients on business planning, compliance, and financial performance.
  • Supporting the growth of the firm through business development and networking activities.
Requirements:
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
