Reed Practice, whose local consultant has over 20 years’ experience in this field, is thrilled to have been engaged by a global industry expert, a professional services consultancy whose name in the field of Corporate Finance is highly respected due to their vast experience.

We are partnering with the senior leadership team to recruit a Corporate Finance executive, a post that would suite a first mover from audit or accounts, so having recently moved to CF but seek to work with industry leaders.

The post as Corporate Finance Executive is for those who are at the very least part qualified ACCA , ACA or AAT, with a keen interest in this field and strong desire to pursue a career in corporate finance.

The primary goal of this fantastic career move is to liaise with clients and other professionals in the preparation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information.

Other tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting team members on deals, learning from more senior and experienced colleagues
  • Research and summarise validation for buyers for disposal mandates and targets for buyside mandates.
  • Researching valuations for disposal and buyside mandates
  • Identifying targets for buyside mandates
  • Preparing financial models
  • Accompany senior members on client meetings.
  • Support with production of pitch documents, including collating research on valuations, recent deals and potential buyers/targets.
