We are partnering with the senior leadership team to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager, a post that would suite an experienced Corporate Finance Executive or Assistant Manager seeking progression. 

The post as Corporate Finance Manager is for those who are qualified ACCA , ACA or AAT, ideally having lead parts of transactions. 

Aspects of this role  will include, but are not limited to:

  • Project managing transactions - taking the lead in key areas in client meetings and contribution on wider issues
  • Prepare and review business plans, information memorandum and financial forecasts 
  • Research and prepare for new deal opportunities
  • Management of risk issues on assignments 
  • Preparing financial models
  • Accompany senior members on client meetings.
  • Manage the research and approach to potential buyers for clients.
