Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will help drive growth initiatives, guide decision-making processes, and offer strategic planning leadership across the business.

Reporting to the Finance Director your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, including cashflow forecasting
  • Provide data-driven analysis to strengthen financial and commercial proposals
  • Identify emerging trends and business opportunities, advocating for process enhancements and cost-saving measures
  • Contribute to the development of monthly finance reports and analyses
  • Analyse financial reports, budgets, and accounting data
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and forecasting efforts
  • Deliver precise and high-quality financial analysis to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments
  • Continuously refine processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Gain deep insights into variances between actual performance and plans, influencing cross-departmental strategies to optimise business outcomes

As a Qualified Accountant you will have experience and knowledge of planning and business performance including budgets, forecast and reviews.  Strong financial modelling skills alongside advances MS Excel knowledge with familiarity of Power BI would be an advantage in this role.
