My client are seeking a High Net Worth (HNW) Account Executive to join their well-established and friendly team in Norwich. If you are a customer-focused professional with experience in HNW Broking or higher-level Personal Lines, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to grow your career in a company that values long-term relationships and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own book of business valued at £300,000 in commission income, with the objective to grow the book over time.
  • No lead generation required—focus entirely on servicing and expanding your portfolio of HNW clients.
  • Handle Motor, Home, and Travel insurance for HNW clients, with the support of a dedicated account handler.
  • Engage with clients primarily from the office, with flexibility for occasional remote work for the right candidate.
  • Participate in ongoing training to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Work as part of a collaborative and positive team, where customer service is prioritized over KPIs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in HNW Broking or a higher-level Personal Lines role.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment, with some flexibility for hybrid working if required.
  • Team player who thrives in a traditional, non-KPI-driven environment.
  • Experience managing a book of business and growing it over time.
