Community Connector

Location: Norwich NR3 4HX

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Role

To organise and co-ordinate social events for the service. To ensure that activities are accessible to as many people as possible. To develop activity resources for services. To build a community map of all opportunities available to individuals living in the service.   

To help ensure that all People Supported have opportunities to be involved in meaningful activities both inside and outside of the home.
