ARE YOU A RETENTION SUPERSTAR? I'm looking for a talented Customer Retention Advisor to joinmy client's thrivingbusiness in Norwich! Since 1993,they've been helping organisations to really achieve, making their businesses better every step of the way.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As their Customer Retention Advisor, you'll be the hero who keepstheir clients coming back for more! You'll:
  • Renew client contracts and build lasting relationships
  • Turn potential cancellations into renewals through your persuasive charm
  • Provide exceptional advice and guidance to clients
  • Gather valuable customer feedback to help us continuously improve
  • Meet (and exceed!) retention targets and KPIs
YOU'RE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
  • Proven experience in a B2B retention role, but B2C will certainly be considered
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • The resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
  • Computer literacy (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
  • GCSE Maths & English grade 4 and above
