This market leading consultancy and contractor work on a plethora of projects mainly within the public sector, with projects including Hospitals, Social Housing and other public sector facilities. Possessing two separate arms to the business they can offer both consultancy and contractor services. With them being able to help identify problems and then and solve them themselves, they have managed to find great success in their niche. This is why they are looking to add to their growing and ambitious team with amazing opportunity.

In this role you will have a number of responsibilities, you will be responsible for getting an understanding of construction blueprints, drawings and specifications to be able to produce accurate cost estimations. You will be producing estimation breakdowns for materials, equipment and labor for projects. Whilst producing these estimates you will look and identify cost saving opportunities. During the projects you will keep track of the record of transactions and cost data, as well as creating risk assessments to identify any risks throughout the project. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will assist in the procurement process where you will source materials and labor.

The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in the construction industry, as well as having great communication skills to better communicate with in-house and onsite teams and negotiate with suppliers.
